Change is hard. Consumers sometimes have a difficult time adapting to new situations. Bank of Tennessee came to us with a concept to help their customers understand the key benefits of this new system in an entertaining and educational fashion.
Deliverables
We helped set up the ITM as a new service for customers that greatly expanded the banks service offering to customers. And helped ease the transition into the new system.
